East Jakarta Gulkarmat Evacuates Person Falling from Second Floor

East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency personnel evacuated a resident falling from second floor while repairing the house, Monday (2/24) at 12:14 PM.

East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency Head, Muchtar Zakaria said the victim, Cecep Syamsul Ma'arif, was repairing Arianto's house on Jalan Kejaksaan Block H No.216 Pondok Bambu, Duren Sawit. Suddenly, he fell on street near the house.

He added that the victim suffered a fracture in his right hand. Then, victim was evacuated to Dure Sawit Regional Hospital for further treatment.
The evacuation was a collaboration with Jakarta Health Agency's Regional Health Crisis and Emergency Center. The agency was unable to evacuate the victim then requesting assistant to East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency.
After being evacuated, the victim then taken to hospital by using agency's ambulance at 1:10 PM.
